Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Requirements - Minimum D3/S1 in Fashion Merchandising / Fashion Design, or equivalent. - Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Product Developer (fashion or sportswear) - 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, buying, planning, or inventory management (fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply). -Strong understanding of: • Kids’ sizing and fitting • Sportswear materials (quick-dry, lightweight, stretch fabrics) • Garment production processes - Strong knowledge of quality and safety standards for children’s products - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas). - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Good communication & coordination skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
