Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Job Purpose A Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, as well as ensuring stock levels are maintained to meet customer requirements and sales targets while also enforcing safety protocols compliance. Key Accountabilities: - Execute related warehouse operational including receiving, storage management, delivery and recording data transaction - Conduct necessary action for ensuring warehouse safety, quality and building properness - Track inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records - Ensure products are safely handled through all inbound and outbound processes and vehicles are loaded and unloaded correctly with goods delivered on time - Ensure that all warehouse procedures are followed - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations - Ensure that all warehouse employees follow safety procedures and regulations - Continuously identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and increase operational efficiency. Qualifications: - Associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred - Having within of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role as Warehouse Supervisor - Experience in FMCG, Food manufacturing industries - Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) - Experience with warehouse equipment and machinery - Proficient in MS suite of Apps – Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively - Excellent organisational and time-management skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
