Job Desc :
1. Manage recruiting resources and maintaining the onboarding process.
2. Prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
3. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
4. Supervising all HR projects activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, etc.
6. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
Requirement :
1. Candidate at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
2. Fluent in English (having Mandarin language skill will be a plus) and Ability to communicate well.
3. Minimal 5 years experience in related fields (Have experiences dealing with Audit)
4. Experience in Shoe Factory prefered
5. Have strong skill in people management, organization, business process, and other task related
6. Experience working with HR Software
7. Willing to work in Batang, Central Java
