Job Purpose
As HRGA Supervisor in the factory, you are responsible for managing and optimizing HR & GA processes. From recruitment to employee performance management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining harmonious employee relations as well as overseeing the daily operations of the company's general affairs, including facilities management, logistics, and security, as well as ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of general affairs.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to selection of prospective employees.
- Manage employee data, including personal data, absences, and other related data.
- Ensuring compliance with employment rules and regulations
- Conduct regular employee performance evaluations
- Identifying employee training and development needs
- Maintain harmonious relations between employees by handling employee problems or complaints quickly and effectively
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company's facilities and office premises
- Managing and maintaining company’s assets including building, office equipment, vehicle and any other Factory facilities to the best standard
- Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture procurement, ensuring availability and functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Psychology or Management or other related field
- Have related working experience for at least two (2) year in Manufacture Industry
- Familiar with labor laws and regulations (UU Cipta Kerja No.11 tahun 2020, PP No.35 and 36 of 2021)
- Understand industrial relation management
- Knowledge and understand documentations in terms of legal matter about employment, contract etc.
- Strong knowledge of facility management, asset control, and vendor management.
- Familiar with factory safety, waste management, and environmental regulations
