- Bachelor's Manufacturing, Engineering Industrial
- At least 4 year working experience in garment manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of IE practices including Time Study, Method Study, Work Study, Planning, Operations Research and CNC.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Additional knowledge in various technique's of efficient manufacturing systems.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Good computer knowledge
